All stakeholders are encouraged to raise concerns or submit complaints regarding the performance of Bharath CERT’s certificate holders and auditors. Stakeholders may also offer feedback related to audit quality, the certification process, and any risks impacting the integrity of Bharath CERT or its certificate holders.
Bharath CERT handles all grievances and complaints impartially and addresses them with an objective approach.
Certified operators are welcome to provide feedback on Bharath CERT’s services, and we are committed to enhancing our offerings based on their constructive input.
